Earning recognition in the community is almost as fulfilling as building or renovating your dream home. In 2004, the Chatham Preservation Awards program was launched to honor noteworthy efforts to preserve and maintain historic residences and other important historic resources. We’ve been singled out with five Chatham Preservation Awards for five different properties. Please visit the Chatham Historical Society website to learn more about our accolades. We are also very happy to be the recipient of the 2016 BRICC Award for preserving The Captain Crowell House in Chatham.
Our craftsmen work meticulously to revitalize details such as trim materials, pine flooring and old staircases, which preserve attractive, authentic features. We masterfully integrate the old with the new. Reminiscent of a by-gone era, we take great care to include intricate period architectural features such as front portico entrances complete with classic columns, louvered shutters with authentic holdback hardware, coffered ceilings, beadboard wainscoting, crown molding trim and repurposed brick masonry fireplaces.
